<li>It is a single executable.</li>
<li>The program will run from USB stick / external media.</li>
<li>The default cache and user settings path is still accessed by the program (usually <em>root:\documents and settings\YOUR_USERNAME\local settings\application data\google\</em> ... )</li>
<li>The actual installer only came out a few hours ago, I haven't really tested this portabilisation further than making sure all the basics seem to work (although I can't think of any reason why there would be any problems!). If, however, you do encounter issues while using it -- leave a comment on this post.</li>
